A hand-crafted, pocket-sized Hanafuda deck featuring 12 suits of flowers, lovingly painted by Kit. Includes instructions for playing the card game Koi Koi, but other games can be played with this deck too!
Each card measures approx. 58 x 42mm and is printed in full colour on both sides – a watercolour Hanafuda painting on the front with a uniform flower pattern on the reverse. These cards have been duplexed when printed for additional strength (like traditional Hanafuda) and are finished with soft touch lamination for easy handling.

Traditionally, each of the 12 flower suits in a Hanafuda deck represent a month of the year. As this deck swaps out Japanese flowers for western ones, the Cottage Garden deck uses the following arrangement:
